Payments
○ Payment must be received before I start work on your commission.
○ I take payments through Paypal only; commission orders are paid via Paypal Invoice for bookkeeping purposes.
○ All of my prices are in USD.
○ Tips are greatly appreciated!

Refunds/Cancellations
○ If for any reason you wish to cancel before I complete your commission, you will get a refund back based on where I am in the process of your piece, as follows:
Sketching: 75% refund
Outlining: 50% refund
Coloring/Shading: 25% refund
○ No refunds will be given if your piece is already finished.
○ If I myself need to cancel your commission, a full refund will be given.

Drawing Process
○ Commission completion may take several weeks, dependent on the amount of work in my queue.
○ Commissions will be guaranteed in 4-8 weeks, but may take less; in unforseen circumstances, it may take longer - if this occurs I will reach out to you.
○ I will send a rough sketch for approval before outlining your drawing, and the line work before I start coloring.
○ More progress shots can be requested if necessary.
○ I can make changes to your commission as needed.
○ However, large changes will NOT be made after I have outlined your piece (changes in pose, perspective, scene, etc). Please ask for any major changes when I show you the initial sketch.
○ After the final piece has been approved and posted, I will no longer make any changes.

Posting/Sharing Commissions
○ I typically post all my finished commissions on Tumblr and Furaffinity. Please let me know in advance if you do not want yours posted.
○ I also typically tag the person who commissioned me, please let me know if you wish to remain anonymous.
○ You are free to post your commission, use it for icons, background etc, as long as I am properly credited.
○ You may not use other people’s commissions for any reason without their permission.
○ You may not use my work for profit (eg. making stickers, prints, etc for sale) or commercial use.
○ However please use your commission for personal use as you wish!
